From start to finish, Marco and his team at A&E Auto Repair were a God send. When my fiancée and I first started calling around the area to seek help with a repair, I wasn't met with such kindness and professionalism... until I called A&E. The woman who I spoke with on the phone (I wish I could remember her name) was very personable and reassuring, a breath of fresh air. She said that the staff at A&E never keeps their customers in the dark about prices, options, and the diagnoses of their cars. That proved true, and then some! I explained what issues I had been experiencing with the car, and recieved a call back from Marco within the hour! He was able to squeeze me in, same day, to start the diagnosis despite having a full schedule. He was very honest about the condition of my car, which was not great. I knew it might have been bad, as I had to put it off for quite a while after running into some financial difficulty this past year. Marco truly cared about getting me back on the road, and safely, ASAP. The repair was priced very reasonably, but my fiancé and I were unfortunatley going to have to put it off until a future date. Marco and his wife blessed us beyond belief.. and mentioned the work that they do with the non-profit, Autos 4 The Needy. They truly lent a hand in such a difficult and stressful time... and now we can focus on working, catching up, and preparing for the wedding this year! If you are looking for a locally owned auto shop that truly cares- about your car and beyond-this is the place. We felt welcomed from start to finish, and I had no idea that we would be met with such grace, compassion, and assistance when we felt defeated. We had to have our van towed to A&E for a starter that needed replacement. They serviced quickly also did an oil change that was needed. Cost was up front and also gave me a list of things I should consider to get done for maintenance. Was very happy with service and the family atmosphere.

After a collision of flying debris on I-75 with some major damage to the front end and motor, A&E Auto Repair had my car for a little over three weeks. I had been there before for usual maintenance but this was the first time for a major issues. I am very, very pleased with the staff, the support, the communication with me and my insurance company and the work done on my car which is an accessible vehicle. Being without it was tough but now I have confidence that it will work well for me into the future. I will definitely go back to A & E for future work and encourage others to do so as well.

I set up an appointment with A&E auto repair for Oct 13 to replace right front outer CV boot on my 2011 Honda Pilot current mileage is over 235 thousand miles they recommend I replace the axle instead because of the high mileage. I was thinking of replacing the axle before I took the vehicle A&E the price was reasonable and the work was done promptly it's been a week since repair was done and I am very satisfied thank you A&E
